God has high standards when it comes to love. Jesus said the greatest command is to love God and love your neighbour. Jesus' disciple John said that if you do not love, you do not know God. Jesus' apostle Paul said that even if you accomplish amazing things, but have not loved, then you are nothing. In fact, love is the greatest characteristic to grow in! Therefore, if we want to follow God, we must love better.

Jesus told his disciples the night before he died that they, and everyone who comes after them, are to love each other as Jesus has loved us. This is our aim. In this series, we will focus on 1 Corinthians 13 and learn how we can all love better. Let's discover what is love, how Jesus demonstrated it perfectly, and how each of us can grow to love better.
