Real life is brutal. It is challenging, unpredictable, and uncontrollable. Most of us spend our lives trying to resist these truths and create some sort of meaning and purpose apart from God. Yet it is when we finally come to accept these truths that we will find hope.
The Book of Ecclesiastes provides a sobering reality into the chaos of life. It is truth that sets us free and gives us peace. Although much of life is out of our hands, we can still control our attitude in the present moment and it is in those moments, we can see God move in the darkness.
