Jesus’ prayer for His Church was that we would be united. As the Church grew in the decades following Jesus’ resurrection, unity remained a central concern. The Church faced persecution, suffering, internal challenges, and many other hurdles. How would it overcome these and remain one consistent community while being spread across several countries?
